Today's oral was quite okay so far. Then after that go dentist. OMG!! I hate going there. I thought the nurses were very fierce. But not as I expected, except for one. The malay nurse qutie fierce then the other one is very funny and kind. Lol. The nurse help me polish me teeth and then the nurse tell me to make something(I don't know what is it) to support and preventing (think so) my teeth from grinding, because I sometimes at night I grind my teeth(I don't know, heard it from my sis) and now my jaw joint got problem. Mouth cannot open too big and then when I close my mouth the jaw joint will like "click". Jaw joint got problem then this problem make me feel uncomfortable. Now my mum just say don't do first. I guess let my jaw drop first then do the thing. Forget it. Until now, still cannot find a very best and trusted friend...Hate my life, hate myself for coming to this world... Trust? I don't know who can I trust... Can anyone tell me?
